Testimonials

I have experienced behavioral changes: decreasing my arachnophobia, decreasing the strength of my anger/rage reactions. Changes in perception and beliefs still ongoing.

Your coaching is a good balance between what I call the different levels/realities of our universe and the more scientific side, in openness and knowledge, very human and motivating, very professional too.

— Jessica

I am not my thoughts. My thoughts can be warped by other factors. The exercises and techniques we spoke about are going to be things I will be able to use for life, Thank you. (I liked) The idea of being able to put yourself in a state and then associate an imaginary image with it (anchoring). You are an experienced manager and a happy human being who has a lot of techniques to help others.

— Alan M.

I discovered my inner self and I learned to be in harmony between the conscious / unconscious. Yes, I trust my intuition much more and I listen to myself more. I do the things I want to do and I know how to say no. I stress less about things that are out of my control and I protect myself from the problems of others or negative people. I have more confidence in myself.

(Your approaches) I really like the ones where I close my eyes and you guide me into hypnosis. I like the bubble, the timeline, the tree, hypnotic suggestion… You are very educational in explaining the steps and you test multiple techniques to find the best ones. It was the hypnosis and NLP side that attracted me the most on the recommendation of my father (hypnotherapist).

— Alexandre

I really liked your gentle, holistic approach. You gave me a ton of tools that I can always call upon. No judgment on your part and a great listener! Hypnosis is the reason I came to you in the first place.

I really liked the guided hypnosis, I always get deeper when I’m in session with you versus when I’m doing self-hypnosis. I really enjoyed creating a peaceful place for myself. What also helped me a lot was to be able to turn my brain off at night!

I realized that I was denigrating myself a lot and since then I have been trying to change my attitude towards myself and to be benevolent. The sessions allowed me to understand that many of my beliefs and behaviors were related to experiences when I was really young and that I didn’t even realize the impact. Many of my beliefs were borrowed beliefs, so I have learned to undo them and make new ones that are more in line with me. I am still learning to be good and happy with myself! I do my bubble every morning and I continue to call on my caregivers daily.

— Claudine

(What I learned) To refocus on myself, to form my bubble and place myself in it in all kindness, and to ask the universe/source to make the changes I want.

Yes, I knew I could change things but didn’t have the means to do it, now I have the tools to do it. I often go inside myself and think of my Japanese cherry trees all in bloom. With the end of my back pain, I also understood that we can really change things in a lasting way. Globally I am also aware of taking care of myself. (Your approaches) NLP for the neurological side, I often think about “changing my negative neuro paths” and that I tended to repeat to myself regularly. Now when I feel myself repeating bad words, I stop and transform them into positive thoughts.

Self-hypnosis is also good for me (I listen to tutorials on YouTube), I like the feeling of diving inside myself.

— Aurélia

The sessions allowed me to focus on certain aspects of my life that were holding me back without me being aware of it… Now I am more assertive and choose to do what is good for me and not what is good for me in the eyes of another. I especially liked the hypnotic conversations and the guided symbolic hypnosis. I felt at times that it was a “me” I didn’t know who was talking back and it allowed me to have reflections on my behaviors and attachments.

I had made an appointment for hypnosis to stop smoking. These meetings were very useful because we were able to go further than the problem of quitting smoking, so I would describe these meetings as an accompaniment in the exploration of our blockages.

— Marc-André

I am the master of my body and mind.  Yes, there have been many changes. I understood that I had to take care of myself, not to minimize some more traumatic or hurtful events. That I can achieve the well-being I desire, all is possible. I am a person sensitive to others and being aware of this helps me to live a fulfilled life. I have the tools to live with this sensitivity without it affecting me too much.

The technique with cardboard was very powerful in my case, there was a real unblocking of emotions that I thought had disappeared.  Guided hypnosis helps me a lot to take control of my body and mind, always makes me realize how much is inside me. I really like the hypnotic suggestions. An encouragement or guide to pure well-being, a self-discovery, a discovery of our inner strength and always with much, much kindness. You feel confident very quickly.

— Judith

Excellent coaching! Clear and precise communication, with concrete exercises. I was especially interested in trying hypnosis. I really enjoyed our sessions. I learned, among other things, to better identify my “limiting” beliefs and to question them when they prevent me from moving forward on projects. I also learned to better identify my “true values” and to make decisions based on them.

— Virginia

What have I NOT learned LOL!  A lot of things have changed about my perception of “me”. I’ve been able to look at myself with a kind eye, put less pressure on myself and recognize that I am human. Coming from a culture and family based on performance and appearances, it is very difficult to live “for oneself” and not in relation to the gaze of others, full of judgment. I learned to accept that I was different, from those who do not want to change their life and who do not want to believe that there is MORE to it all: our subconscious, past lives, the Soul, the Source…

I was curious about self-hypnosis. I was at a stage where I felt constantly exhausted and wanted to find techniques to better preserve my energy, to better respond to daily challenges.

But I have always been very intrigued by knowing myself better in order to move forward in life and not be a slave to my emotions and reactions to events or people. And I have always been very attracted to the “magical” part of life: synchronicities, connections between souls, the Soul…

I also managed – and this changed everything – to use my energy differently. I know how to preserve it, how not to “burn out”, how to take breaks to recharge myself and not, as before self-hypnosis, to wait until my battery is flat before resting.

I know better how to preserve myself from negative energies and waves, I am much less affected by negative people or things because I know how to preserve my bubble. And I take more and more distance on things, events and people, not reacting on the spot.

— Stéphanie R.

You helped me a lot to read myself, to listen to myself and to use techniques that are now anchored in myself. The most complicated thing is to use them regularly, to make them habits. Very personalized and a beautiful meeting. For hypnosis with a focus on personal development.

— Cora F.

I am more attentive to certain signs like my dreams. I regularly have visions of my totem animals that I discovered during the time we were meeting. I went for hypnosis. I believe it connects me to a more sensitive, less rational universe.

— Nathalie

(I learned) That I was a pretty good candidate for hypnosis and that I had an open mind that allowed me to travel easily into the imagination and elsewhere. (Your approaches) Guided symbolic hypnosis and information sharing. I also like card drawing. (Your coaching) Lively, interactive, rich.

— Sophie

It is a holistic accompaniment that takes place in mutual respect and that establishes at all times a sense of security and trust. With this type of accompaniment, the client is considered as a whole (physical, emotional, spiritual). The therapist is also very professional, organized and attentive, and has a sensitivity for animals which is a plus.

I discovered the values that are important to me, I learned to recognize those that make me a unique personbecause of my personal journey and the relationships I have with others. I experienced changes in my perceptions by identifying my limiting beliefs. Recognizing them made me see a woman in the grip of connections that were not serving her positively until then.

Guided symbolic hypnosis has been effective for me because I am able to picture my thoughts. When I “draw” my bubble, I am able to see myself in it during the session. I found this experience new and exciting every time, like a getaway but at home (the real one). I know this technique works when I am calm.

The hypnotic conversation is less effective with me because I tend to rationalize what I express verbally, sometimes I search for words for a long time to better match my feelings. I find that these small delays in thinking impact the experience.

I wish that many more people would discover this type of accompaniment so that they can look for solutions within themselves. I feel very privileged to have been accompanied. I wish to live each day in line with my values and to overcome with wisdom the challenges of life in general.

For all the decisions I have made since I learned this technique, I ask my unconscious to guide me. Doing so takes courage, self-confidence, which is drawn from other techniques as well.

Finally, my favorite part of the process is the drawing of cards. Very often a need arises at this time, and the card chosen corresponds perfectly in its message, and especially its image either to the subject of discussion that remains to be meditated or a hint on an action to be done or to continue.

I was referred by a colleague of Catherine’s, who advised me to use NLP rather than clinical support like psychotherapy.

— Tina R.

I have been on a journey of dealing with some of my past, especially concerning my work. I have been reflecting on my level of responsibility. I feel more zen, I try to be more in the present. I really enjoy the discussions we have together and the hypnosis. What interested me before the first meeting was mainly oriented towards NLP, the meetings and the reflections led me to consider more broadly.

— Guy H.

For me, it really helped me to understand why I am the way I am and to draw a clear picture of my life experiences that was necessary for my understanding because of my analytical mind. By understanding what made me the way I am it helped me to forgive myself and others and to be more gentle with myself and less critical. There were difficult times when I had to face my past, but it was absolutely necessary.  It was what I needed to forgive myself and understand. It allowed me to peel away layers of experience and get closer to who I really am behind the baggage.

Hypnosis in general has allowed me to really start meditating and understanding my emotions in general and to regain control. Since I am more accepting of who I am, I am trying to create a life of my own

For me it was a lot of security to know that someone stable was there and that the resource was always available when needed. I had originally made an appointment for my fear of driving, but in the end I got much more than that.

— Lyne L.

At a time when I needed to find my bearings, Catherine helped me access my internal toolbox and gave me ways to use it. With her calmness and her listening skills, I knew I was in good hands.

— Marie-Claude R.

A tailor-made accompaniment in a state of suffering that helps to relieve stress and to better apprehend the illness. I was deeply touched by the meeting with the little child Ségolène, as if I had finally succeeded in taking care of this innocent and unbelieving little girl. I was also marked by the importance of the barricades that surround me, present to protect me but very suspicious. I realize I need to let my guard down a bit. No other changes in behavior, however.

— Ségolène C.

In simplicity and confidence, she knew how to lead me to the place where I needed to go to resume the course of my personal evolution. Thank you Catherine, for your expertise, your simplicity but above all your professionalism in making this ordeal a great success in life !!!!

— Stéphane A.

Phew! A lot of things! I learned that I didn’t set my limits, that I didn’t know how to welcome and accept my emotions, that I was disrespecting myself, that I wasn’t in the moment… Experienced changes : Yes, a lot. I see improvements in all the aspects I mentioned above.

I feel much better inside since the beginning of our sessions. I feel more peaceful too. I am able to set my boundaries (of 1), but I am also able to do so more and more easily, without worrying too much about how my boundary might make the other person feel. I allow myself to be tired and do nothing. Now I know where my limits are. I can express my thoughts and emotions more easily to those around me. I am more assertive. I don’t punish myself anymore for experiencing negative emotions sometimes.

I really liked the guided symbolic hypnosis. I also really like the sharing of information. I loved it (I don’t know what kind of technique it is) when in hypnosis you took a black envelope off me. I also like it when you draw cards at the end.

I would describe your type of guidance as caring, reassuring, supportive, non-judgmental. I was interested in hypnosis, I didn’t know your other approaches. I wanted to find a hypnotherapist (ideally a hypnotherapist) in Verdun, which is what led me to make an appointment with you in the first place.

— Myriam

My NLP meetings have allowed me to do concrete exercises that have made me feel better equipped to deal with difficult situations. Everything seems simpler!

— Marie-Claude L.

(I learned) That it is not necessary to dig into the past to find a culprit or an answer and that I have the power to change my situation if I believe in myself. My beliefs have evolved a lot with the work we’ve done together. My spirituality has also become clearer and I have found a method and an approach that is more in harmony with my soul than the psychological approaches I have used in the past.

(Your approaches) They have all been beneficial for me but I particularly liked hypnosis, visiting the boxes that represent people in my life and the technique of finding my tree (even if we have just started). These 3 methods had instant effects and strong reactions in me that I had no control over – it was pure and true and despite my ego. It confirmed for me that even my unconscious was reacting and therefore it was sincere.

— Chloé V.

Catherine’s approach and her gentle voice leads us to forget any form of externality that is detrimental to introspection and personal growth!

— Sara B.

I learned that the answers were within me. And that there are resources, tools and coaches (you) to help me meet my needs. I liked the diversity of the techniques used. The fact of being in the discovery of a new technique allowed me to let myself go in the experience, without being able to control rationally. (Our meeting) Initially by a beautiful chance. But then I appreciated the diversity of techniques and approaches and the time to return on the experience as well as the follow-up emails.

— Catherine F.

From the very first meeting, Catherine puts us in total confidence! Her mindfulness approach invites us, through different techniques, to discover the answers that lie within us. Very quickly, we easily integrate these techniques into our daily lives.

— Renée L.

(I have learned) that I have the ability to change my thoughts, what is inside me. I don’t have to wait to see specialists, I am taught to help myself. (I went to you) For hypnosis, NLP. It was a specialty that I was very interested in and I felt that it was what was missing in my journey. As much as I love having the strength to do it all with me, I love guided hypnosis.

— Emilie

(With your guidance) I had confirmation that my crown chakra is open/active. I had made an appointment with a naturopath and she had advised me to meet you.

— Sylvie L.

Yes, I learned that I can change the way I see things and that I can condition myself to change certain behaviors. I also understood that my subconscious remembers everything and that I can question it in my daily life.

— Mylène

I became aware of the control I have in my life. That my thoughts play a very important role in my attitude, my actions, and my confidence. (I went to you) It was for hypnosis to do my stress management.

— Joliann H.

I learned that I have much more control over my life than I thought, in fact control over more elements in my life. Our sessions also give me concrete tools to undo beliefs, answer questions, refocus quickly and powerfully…..

Even though I am making progress, I still have a lot of difficulty getting out of my mind. Guided hypnosis and the “visual” symbols allow me to let go and therefore bring out things that are deeper than my mind thinks. I initially made an appointment with you to deal with insomnia. That was a year and a half ago, I had tried many things but nothing was as effective as the 2 or 3 hypnosis sessions with you!

I went back to see you again this year for insomnia but I feel that I can go further and that you can help me reorient myself in order to align myself with this self that I am discovering.

— Aurélie C.

Catherine is an exceptional active listener. She was able to listen, analyze and suggest avenues of reflection that were beneficial to me. Without judgement, she accompanied me in a positive and constructive process that really helped me. I recommend her to everyone without hesitation.

— Chrystine L.

(I learned) That one should say anxious and panic behavior and not I am anxious.  That I can use my unconscious mind but I haven’t really used it for a while.  I have changed with my son and my mother as well.  I’ve cut the cord.  I have found answers to some questions.

— Suzanne

Very nice meeting. Follow my deepest intention. Listen to my inner Voice. How to hear it? Take moments of pause, of silence. Repeat as often as possible. Thank you x 1000!

— Sylvain L.

Your meeting allowed me to get back on track, to regain my confidence and happiness. Your beautiful energy, your listening and your advice were most appreciated. Your meeting was critical in my recovery and personal development.

— Judith
